NdS offers brochures and pamphlets on a variety of interesting topics. To name a few, we have pamphlets on Arthritis, League of Human Dignity, American Lung Association, Multiple Sclerosis, Osteoporosis, and many more. These pamphlets are filled with facts and information on how to contact certain groups NdS also provides information on ADA (American With Disability Act) and EOE (Equal Opportunity Employment).

Students have total access to everything within the NdS area. The resources available include: Computers with e-mail, Internet access, Word Perfect, and Microsoft Word. There are also programs such as ASL (American Sign Language Dictionary), Microsoft Publisher, and Study Works.
Other resources offered in NdS are: board games, art supplies, magazines and books. DisAbled students will find easy access to a TDD (Telephone Telecommunications Device), a magnifier called "the Outlook" that enlarges text for reading, a JAWS system, and a Braille printing machine. The tables within NdS may be lowered or raised depending on the student's need.
